Rowlett Health and Rehabilitation Center learned on June 1, 2020, that one member of its staff has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The staff member will remain off work and away from the Facility until such time as s/he is cleared to return as per the existing Guidance from the CDC and CMS. The cumulative number of COVID-19 positive cases at the Facility is 3 (all staff members).
On March 14, 2020, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services advised of a nationwide restriction on visitation in skilled nursing facilities. Until further notice, we will be following this direction.
